If you have online banking and are enrolled in e-statements, then you can find your account number there. Otherwise, you do have to come to a branch to verify your information and then we will be able to give the account number.

To get the routing number, go to ms-cu.com and scroll to the bottom of the home page. There you will find the routing number.

Yes, you can use Apple Pay/Samsung Pay using your card. You will initiate the activation of Apple Pay/Samsung Pay in your settings on your phone. You will then call us at 219-756-4141 and we will take care of the rest.
If your debit/credit card is stolen or lost, you can turn the card off using your online banking. You can also give us a call at 219-756-4141 to deactivate the card and go over transactions that may have occurred.
It takes about 7-10 business days to receive a new card.
You can always choose to pay a $35 fee to expedite the card. If you do this, the signer must be home at the time of the delivery.

The best way to make your monthly loan payment is to set up an ACH (automatic clearing house) which is an automatic payment. You can also set up an AFT (automatic funds transfer) which can be pulled from your savings or checking. Another option is to mail in a check or come into the branch and pay by cash or check.
