Youth Accounts

Minors through the age of 12 are eligible for our Kid Zone Account.

For every $10 deposit, a prize can be drawn from the MSCU Treasure Chest. A MSCU Treasure Chest can be found in our Merrillville, and Griffith locations.

After ten $10 qualifying deposits, at the request of the child (or joint account owner), a $10 Gift Card will be awarded as a prize

• Deposits must be made within a ten-month period but no more than two (2) per month will count toward qualifying deposits
• Qualifying deposits cannot be withdrawn prior to the tenth deposit to qualify for prize
• Statements, receipts, and/or proof of deposits must be provided when prize is requested
• $10 Gift Cards to be awarded from Target, McDonalds, or other similar vendors.

Teens aged 13 through 17 are eligible for our Teen Zone Account.

For every $25 deposit, a prize can be drawn from the MSCU Treasure Chest. A MSCU Treasure Chest can be found in our Merrillville, and Griffith locations.

After ten $25 qualifying deposits, at the request of the teen, a $25 VISA Gift Card will be awarded as a prize

• Deposits must be made within a ten-month period but no more than two (2) per month will count toward qualifying deposits
• Qualifying deposits cannot be withdrawn prior to the tenth deposit to qualify for prize
• Statements, receipts, and/or proof of deposits must be provided when prize is requested
