Members Source Credit Union, a growing $93 million financial institution, has an opportunity for a Floating Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, managing account information, conducting transactions, and educating members on our services and products. This position requires 25 – 40 hours a week, floating between our 3 branch locations until fully trained. Be a part of the credit union difference.

• Member Assistance: Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve member issues and concerns, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
• Account Management: Assist members with account maintenance, including updates, billing inquiries, and transaction processing.
• Education & Guidance: Provide information and guidance on the organization's products and services.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record and maintain member information in the organization's database, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that may benefit members.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure member information is protected and compliance standards are met.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, cash handling, or member services is an asset.
• Skills:

• This position requires working in multiple locations and may require working some weekends.
