Hospitals Limit Access to MSCU Branches
In their commitment to the safety of hospital employees and patients, Franciscan Health Hammond and Franciscan Health Dyer are limiting access of MSCU hospital branches to staff only. We are asking members who do not work in either of these locations to utilize our Merrillville branch drive-thru or Griffith branch to complete their transactions.
While our Griffith branch and Merrillville drive-thru are still currently open, we understand access to your accounts is critical. We encourage you to use our array of digital tools and other resources to maintain 24/7 access to your accounts. To remotely access your Members Source account you may use one of the following:
- Speak with a Member Service Representative between 8:00AM and 6:00PM by calling the credit union at 800-260-5183 or 219-756-4141.
- Make payments, check account balances, deposit checks, and complete most banking needs through Online Banking* or the MSCU MSCU Mobile App*.
*If you haven't enrolled in online banking access please give us a call at 219-756-4141 and we will assist you through this process.
- Use your MSCU debit card** to access money through our Nationwide Surcharge-Free ATM Network.
**Must have an active MSCU checking account to get a debit card.
Transfer funds, make payments, and review account balances through our CUTalk automated telephone teller platform***.

- Utilize our night deposit box found at the entrance of our Merrillville and Griffith locations to deposit cash and checks.****
****When using our night deposit box, please place items in an envelope and write your Name, Account Number, which account you would like the funds deposited to (Savings, Checking, or Loan), a good phone number and the amount of the deposit.
